He was convinced of his paramount importance and poetry was for him the highest stage of human evolution. With his work, he brought this theology into life, made it visual. It seemed to us interesting to create a certain anthology of the statements of Joseph Brodsky on the topics of the language, time, poetry and culture as a whole.
