The book is the sixteenth volume of the series dedicated to the white movement in Russia, and talks about the initial stage of the white struggle in the east of Russia, understanding the Volga, Urals, Western Siberia by the East in this case. This period was characterized by the performance of officer organizations of large cities in these regions and the Czechoslovak corps. It was at this time that such figures of the White movement as V.O. were famous for themselves and became famous Kappel, P.P. Ivanov-Rinov, A.N. Grishin-Almazov, N.N. Kazagrandi, A.N.
