The manual is a minimum dictionary containing more than 3,000 words necessary for communication in English. The dictionary was created according to the original method of accelerated memorization of English words. The methodology is based on logical coding-the division of words inside parts of speech into groups, united by a common concept or association, and the appropriation of them names-codes.
