Mom and I came to Stavropol from the Terrible, from a strict Muslim world, we came from the war, as if from a different planet, we are refugees. We have our own heavy burden and our nightmares. But here, on the peaceful 45th parallel, we do not find calm and help. Intimidation. Insults. Bribes. Gradually, we get acquainted with different people and learn about their hard life, about their sorrows.

This is life without war. But is it much better? A military man or peaceful, rich or poor, young or old, you always choose: hit, insult, kill, take - or help, share bread, give the blanket freezing, cheer up.
