All the main chapters - relevant culinary classics - are preserved: the first and second dishes, cold snacks, sauces, salads, baking and desserts. Notes have been added with an explanation of the words that are unusable today and some terms, and with tips, say, how to replace one or another product in our time or kitchen utensils. Several inaccuracies that have been cooked into the original text of inaccuracies were fixed and a number of moments that can cause misunderstanding were explained. We hope that the book in this edition has become clearer, and recipes are more accessible for cooking.
