The training manual outlines the basics of organizing general medical practice (family medicine), the activities of a medical sister of a general practice are examined in detail, taking into account the expansion of its functional duties and responsibility.

The issues of medical ethics, a modern regulatory framework for organizing the activities of a medical sister of a general practice (family doctor) and criteria for evaluating its effectiveness are highlighted. Aspects of nursing are presented in the provision of primary health care, modern methods of work of nurses with higher education (undergraduate in the direction of preparation "Nursing") and secondary medical personnel.
