People colonize the deserted and impudent Mars. The cities of the Aboriginal people are abandoned, and the Martians themselves, or the glacmen, degenerated and wandering around their dead planet.

The colonists are fighting for areas with earthly porridge until the UN began to cultivate them and prices have jumped.

Arnie Cott, a local trade union leader, wants to use Manfred, an autistic boy who is supposedly able to see the future in order to get an advantage in transactions with Martian real estate. Manfred sends him to the future so that he learns about the UN development plans of Mars. But did he get into the real future or into his version created by the Autist’s paranoid consciousness? Will he remain in his mind, returning to the present?
