The management discusses the treatment of children with injuries of the abdominal organs and retroperitoneal space. From the standpoint of evidence -based medicine, epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis, classification, modern diagnostic and treatment technologies for damage to the spleen, liver, pancreas, stomach, and small colon are presented. In accordance with the dominant trends in childhood surgery, emphasis has been focused on minimal-invasive technologies of surgical interventions, potential and conditions of conservative treatment of children with abdominal injuries of various localization, the meaning of the Demage Control concept in the provision of emergency medical care for children with severe mechanical herbs complicated by shock.
