About electronic summons. Collection of regulatory legal documents

Federal Law of April 14, 2023 No. 127-ФЗ, amendments were made to a number of regulatory legal documents to establish a new legal mechanism for citizens of the agenda on the appearance of measures related to the military service, in electronic form using the state portal and municipal services (functions).

This collection provides a new version of the Federal Law “On Military Duty and Military Service”, taking into account the amendments introduced by Federal Law No. 127-FZ, as well as extracting from the laws regulating the establishment of the establishment measures aimed at ensuring the appearance on the agenda of the military commissariat.

In this publication, regulatory documents are given taking into account the changes adopted by regulatory acts published on the date of signing the publication in the seal.
