The book contains chapters and individual thoughts from the creations of the Church Teachers about the sacrament of communion. Despite the fact that these works were already repeatedly published and were available to everyone, gathered together, they more fully and diversely reveal the most important topic of Christian life. The book is intended for those Christians who wish deeply, as far as possible for the human mind, to understand the meaning of the sacrament of the body and blood of Christ, in order to communion "in the abandonment of sins and eternal life."
