Accomplices

Modern society is arranged so that even one in the field is a warrior, but people still try to stay together. In “accomplices” we collected bold stories about the Berlin squatter and Moscow standers, about the inhabitants of the farm in the south of Russia and the wards of the Kyrgyz shelter for girls, about adolescents, friends and young mothers. All of them are trying to find the opportunity to speak and be heard, to influence something, to change the world around or, conversely, hide, isolated. A collection of stories “Communications” is a joint project of the Samokat publishing house and the Verb prose school.
