Actual practice of joining the soldiers from the church
At the end of 1990, when the escalation of sectarianism and occultism reached a certain critical level, the Holy of the Russian Orthodox Church decided to introduce the rules of the Holy Methodius of Constantinople into the liturgical practice of joining the church, which prescribes the repetition of former baptized people in Orthodoxy and the sacraments of the mystery of the world.. The corresponding official followed by the canonical rank of joining “coming from paganism” was developed. For more than a decade, this practice has been used in the leading centers of the MP of the Russian Orthodox Church for the rehabilitation of the victims of sects and occultism, and it proved its effectiveness. But in the process of extensive experience, a number of significant problems were revealed. Firstly, today, when the dogmas of occultism not only completely “formed”, but also scrupulously investigated, the need for the corresponding correction of previously developed officials was determined-the clarity of understanding of their errors and the accuracy of renunciations from them are the basis of any rank of admission to the Church of the lost. Secondly, this is the problem of preparation, announcement, that is, the only one that may justify a certain risk of repeating the sacrament. Moreover, it is, in general, the absence of a serious practice of announcement before baptism is the main prerequisite for the subsequent disorientation regarding Christianity, making such easy prey of the temptation. Moreover, this is important with a secondary admission of a person retreating from her. In this paper, questions are proposed that can cover the problem of modern occultism, and the formulas of renunciations emerging from them. Materials can be used both in the general missionary and pastoral work, and integrated into the practice of various forms of ordering of the reception of those who have fallen away from the church or coming to it.
