The monograph discusses the theoretical aspects of certain crimes described in Chapter 22 of the “Crimes in the field of economic activity” of section VIII “Crimes in the Economics” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The work contains a criminal study of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regulating liability for crimes in the field of economic activity, and scientific and practical comments on them.
