The monograph outlines the results of their own scientific developments and research. Clinical aspects of surgical endotoxicosis, mechanisms for the formation of disorders of homeostasis, the development and course of acute polyorgan deficiency in complicated purulent-seeptic surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity are given. The causes of large losses of blood and fluid components, the presence of a pronounced deficiency in the body against severe endotoxicosis were revealed. An important role of transfusiology, the need and the possibility of ensuring optimal transfusion hemocorrection is shown. Comparisons of various transfusion programs are given. The advantage of combined extracurporeal detoxification and hemorrection against the background of optimal infusion-transfusion therapy and highly professional qualitative surgical interventions.
