The work considers general and special issues that arise with additional qualifications of the crime. In particular, the concept is given and the signs of additional qualifications and its types are analyzed: in the competition of criminal law, the multiplicity of crimes - the totality and relapse, the change in the criminal law, the entry into force of the law that eliminates or establishes the crime of the act or mitigating or increasing the punishment, the unfinished crime - an unfinished crime - preparations for a crime, attempt on a crime, complicity in a crime. Proposals have been made to improve criminal law and the practice of its application. The legislation is given as of October 2015. It is recommended for students, graduate students and teachers of law universities and faculties, judges, investigators, prosecutors and lawyers.
