Administrative activities of the Federal Bailiff Service in the framework of reforms
A scientific monograph aims to determine the legal basis of the administrative activity of the Federal Bailiff Service in the context of the implemented reform and state program “Justice”. The task of these changes is both an administrative strengthening of the bailiff service in connection with their transfer to the category of federal employees and the expansion of authority, and a change in their social guarantees. The widespread automation of the processes and the development of interagency interaction will make it possible to strengthen the FSSP position and make the enforcement proceedings more effective.
independent objects of the study are discussion issues of compulsory hospitalization by bailiffs of patients with tuberculosis and mentally patients as part of the protection of the constitutional rights of citizens.
The legislation is provided as of January 1, 2020.
