The textbook proposes an original vision of the subject of administrative law, the mechanism of administrative legal regulation, where, along with the traditional topics of the training course, a material dedicated to the procedural procedures - the administrative process and legal proceedings. Significant attention was paid to the public status of non-profit organizations (state corporations, state companies, self-regulatory organizations, public organizations and other corporate participants in administrative and legal relations. The topics of public administration in the sectors of the economy, social policy, culture, and administrative activities were examined in detail. The appendix shows Samples of protocols for administrative proceedings on administrative offenses. In the textbook, not only theoretical, but also applied problems of administrative law are highlighted, therefore it can be used in the teaching of the academic disciplines of the private law.
