The textbook “Administrative Law” presents a fairly brief, but at the same time capacious characteristics of administrative law, its subject and institutions, administrative-legal regulation and administrative process.

The publication was trained by specialists of the Law Institute of the Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University and the Law School of the Far Eastern Federal University with the involvement of a number of scientists-administrativeists from other university centers of Russia.

The legislation is given as of June 2015

The textbook consists of two parts and seventeen sections devoted to the consideration of certain categories and institutions of the industry.
