In the framework of the course, comprehensively and systemically from the perspective of modern legal science and taking into account law enforcement practice, the main issues of domestic administrative proceedings are considered in the schemes. The author took into account the latest changes in the current legislation related to the procedure for consideration and resolution of cases in the courts of general jurisdiction. The content of the course corresponds to the state educational standard of higher professional education in the field of training 030900 “Jurisprudence” (qualification (degree) “Master”).
