Admiral Ushakov. Stories and the path of life. Flytunovsky V.V.
This book tells of our wonderful Russian naval commander Fedor Fedorovich Ushakov. Admiral, who won all his sea and ground battles, so much so that he had not lost a single ship, not a single sailor and soldiers were captured. He cleared the Black Sea from the Turks, making it the Russian Sea, although there were 3 times more Turks, and their ships were more speedy than ours and more powerful in armament.
The English Admiral Nelson repeated for our Russian Admiral Ushakov. battles. The authority of Fedor Fedorovich was so high that the Turks agreed to speak together against the French, provided that they would command Admiral Ushakov. He was called “Suvorov at the Sea” and “Sea Bear” for his daring offensive style and love for ordinary sailors. The Russian Orthodox Church ranked Ushakov to the face of saints for his righteous life and love for people. Our country is proud of such naval breeders.
