Analysis of typical student errors in the analysis of sentences in modern Chinese by direct components. Monograph. Skvortsov A.V.

This monograph is devoted to the analysis of characteristic student errors that arise when analyzing sentences in modern Chinese at the level of phrases from small to large. It is shown that the main errors can be divided into three groups:

1) the incorrect isolation of individual lexemes;

2) an erroneous definition of types of phrases;

3) The incorrect isolation of phrases.

The methodology for using semantic couples in the course of constructing structural schemes of sentences and in the process of verifying the analysis made by students is stated. The monograph is recommended by graduate students and doctoral students engaged in research in the field of the syntax of the modern Chinese language, teachers of such disciplines as the “practical course of the Chinese language” and “methods and principles of linguistic analysis of texts in the Chinese language”, as well as their students.

The book can be considered as a continuation of the work “Analysis of characteristic student errors in the analysis of sentences in classical Chinese at the level of phrases from small to large” (M.: ID VKN, 2022).
