Alexey Alekseevich Borova (1875–1935)-philosopher, anarchist and scientist-encyclopedist in Russia. He was known, loved and respected by many great figures of the beginning of the 20th century, here are only a few names: P. Struve, I. Ilyin, P. Kropotkin, E. Goldman, M. Voloshin, A. Bely, V. Mayakovsky and many, many other others.

“This book will seem heretical to many anarchists” - this is how the book “Anarchism” begins (1918) dedicated to P. Kropotkin. Why heretical? The thing is that A. Borova became one of the first ideologists of anarcho-individualism in Russia. “Anarchism” is a general characteristic and revision of the main provisions of the “traditional anarchism” of the XIX - XX centuries, the understanding of his experience and the heritage of Stirner, Nietzsche, Bakunin, Kropotkin and many others.
