Antenna for the Optim Union CB RU radio station, Sredal, 0.62 mm

The Union CB RU spiral antenna is designed to use in conjunction with the automobile radio stations of the frequency range of 27 MHz (SIB). This antenna is based on the well-known and popular Optim T3-27 model. This model has a height of 620 mm, the diameter of the emitter is 10 mm, and the damping spring at the base of the emitter.

This antenna is not equipped with a crafty base or magnet, and is intended only for installation on European -made trucks (Volvo, Scania, Man) on a standard factory base with external thread M6. The possibility of changing the angle of inclination relative to the vertical axis is not provided.

Setting up the Union CB RU antenna at the minimum value of KSV is made due to a special screw in the upper part of the antenna, which is very convenient and does not require circumcision of the pin. The setting screw during operation is closed by a rubber cap that prevents water from getting into the frame of the spiral antenna.
