Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation as of 10.02.22, with a guide to judicial practice

The text of the articles is given on the date indicated on the cover of this book (date of updated). If there are changes that come into force later, then together with the editors of the norm in force on this date, the norm in the new edition is given and the date with which it comes into force is indicated.
