Photo album is dedicated to the architect Vladimir Antonovich Pryon (1871-1950, San Francisco), who built in 1900-1921. There are many buildings in Vladivostok, which are now among the architectural monuments. Using the unknown facts gleaned from the personal assembly of an architect stored at the Museum of Russian Culture in San Francisco, the authors talked about the history of the construction of these buildings, and also made the first attempt to reconstruct the biography of V. A. Planison. The book gives information on how, during the civil war, the Russians left Vladivostok and left through China in San Francisco.
