The full volume of the artist’s correspondence that has survived to our days is huge - more than nine hundred letters.

We present the reader the most complete of the currently existing anthology in Russian, which included a third of the total number of letters of Vincent Van Gogh, namely those that mention the most significant events of his biographies and where he formulates vital And artistic views or commenting on his work. All letters are published without bills and translated with facsimile of the original. The collection includes letters dating from 1872–1890, the texts of which give us the opportunity to go after Van Gogh a striking path that made it the author of the well -known world of masterpieces.
