This book includes the most important of the published works, speeches, documents and correspondence of V. I. Lenin about Ukraine for the entire period of its political activity. A large place in the book is occupied by excerpts from the classical work “Development of capitalism in Russia”, in which, on the basis of statistical data on the northern counties of the Tauride province, conclusions were drawn about the importance of capitalism in Russian agriculture. The book contains works on the national question, the attitude of the ruling parties in Russia in 1917 to the Ukrainian issue, letters, telegrams and resolutions on the political situation and the formation of Soviet power in Ukraine after the October Revolution.
