This monograph is an interdisciplinary study of fundamental problems and applied tasks of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence systems (AI). The work considers the influence of technological revolutions on the development of social relations, as a result of which the established legal approaches changed. The result of the technological progress of recent decades was the emergence of technical means that can make independent decisions, including those of legal significance. Such autonomy of technical means led to the emergence of a number of fundamental legal problems.
