Perennial vegetable and culture. Cold -resistant, durable, is cultivated in one place up to 20 years. Young, delicate and juicy shoots that have a pleasant delicious taste are used for food. It is suitable for canning and freezing.

Sowing seeds in the nursery in an ordinary way with a row of 20 cm to a depth of 2 cm. The seedlings are thinned out with a step of 10cm. The permanent seat is ideally a trench 30-40 cm deep, 50 cm wide, and length as desired. At least a month before planting, the trench is covered with loose nutrient compost. At the same time, it is taken into account that the shrinkage of the soil by the moment of landing should not be lower than the level of 10-15 cm from the surface of the soil.  In the first half of September, the two -year seedlings following the sowing of the year are planted in a prepared trench, laying it in the center with a step of 60 cm and covered with compost to the level of the soil. Early in the spring in the third year, a high hilling of asparagus is carried out with light compost. Starting from the third year of life, from May to June for 1.5 months, the asparagus gives a crop. To collect the shoots, the plants are carefully freed from the soil and cut off the shoots, trying not to damage the rhizomes and kidneys. After cutting the shoots, the bushes are immediately huddled again.
