• A decrease in the level of magnesium in the blood leads to a change in the heart rhythm and vascular tone, which, in turn, can lead to an increase in blood pressure. Magnesium contributes to the relaxation of blood vessels and, accordingly, a decrease in pressure. Magnesium helps to act aspirin, which prevents the formation of blood clots. One of the main tasks of magnesium is the protection of the nervous system from various stresses. It inhibits excessive excitement of nerve cells in the brain and helps eliminate irritability and anxiety, reduce the body's sensitivity to external influences. This macro element helps to increase the concentration of attention, improve sleep quality.
