1868.

The war in Bosin is about to erupt. The Templars who penetrated the number of the closest advisers to the emperor are pushing him to start a campaign against the Tokugawa shogun, who supports the brotherhood of the Assassins.

The sixteen -year -old Japanese Atsuko grew in the prosperous district of Aizu in the shadows of her brother Ibuki. The girl is going to marry by calculation, but she has a secret: she owns a weapon as well as her brother. And behind the talent of her brother, an insurmountable fear of the battle is actually hiding.

When the war begins, Ibuk must go to fight and protect the honor of the family. Atsuko wants to protect his brother and, contrary to the tradition forbidding women to participate in battles, secretly enters the service as a simple soldier. She dreams of prove her abilities to everyone, but soon encounters manipulations and conspiracies that are too serious and dangerous for two teenagers.
