A very beautiful garden perennial- Astilba Lesson "Gloria Purpurea" (ASTILBE ARENDSII GLORIA PURPUREA). The size of the bush is up to 60-70 cm, very sprawling, thick with dissected leaves. When blooming, the leaves have a dark red color, with age they become green. The inflorescences-metels rise above the main bush.

For planting astilbe, prepare good, garden soil rich in humus, light enough to penetrate the roots of air and water. The plant is highly resistant to pests and diseases. In place, in the upper part of the rhizome, subsidiaries are formed, and its lower part gradually dies, the vertical increase is 3-5 cm per year, therefore, in late autumn, fertile land is poured to the base of the bushes.
