At all times, Astra is one of the most popular plants. It is not the purple or pink inflorescences of Astra Alice Haslam with a yellow core exude a pleasant aroma. Flowers reach a diameter of 3 cm, not so much, but thanks to their abundant quantity, bright flowering hemispheres form. ALICE HASLAM bushes reaches a height of 50 cm. The stems of the shrub are erect and very branched. They are decorated with lanceolate, dark green and numerous foliage. Alice Haslam will be pleased with its flowering from mid -June, and it can last until November. Especially abundant flowering is noted in August-September for 35-40 days. The plant is quite unpretentious with high winter resistance. It is better to plant in a sunny but not very hot place at a distance of 20-40 cm from each other. It does not tolerate raw areas at all. It should be borne in mind that with age, Astra grows, so it is recommended to plant it every 3-4 years. Astra Alice Haslam is propagated by dividing the bush in the spring underground rooted shoots, cuttings. It is characterized by high resistance to disease.
