The book was written on the basis of the materials of the Moscow Astronomical Olympiad for schoolchildren conducted annually since 1947. More than 450 original tasks with detailed solutions have been presented. The subject of tasks covers many sections of astronomy, astrophysics, planetology, space physics and astronautics.
