Methodology is the essence of any techniques. Any tasks can be solved according to the general scheme and uniform principles, and the Moscow methodological circle created in 1958 was engaged in the development of these principles under the leadership of Georgy Shchedrovitsky. As a result, a system -resistant next approach was formulated - a new scheme for a joint solution of complex problems, including in conditions when information is not enough.
