Valentina Karpushina-Arthov is the author of seven collections of poems and eight novels. Laureate of the National Literary Prize “Writer of the Year”, diploma in the Moscow International Book Exhibition -Fair -2013, winner of the verses contest organized by the journal “Worker”, and laureate of the international competition “Literature Parade”. She was awarded the Mayakovsky medal, which is awarded for his contribution to the development of Russian culture and literature, a member of the Russian Union of Writers and the Pushkin Club. It represents to the attention of readers the eighth collection of poems “On the tip of the pen”. Sadness and joy, beauty and ugliness are the topics that the author affects. Everything that was missed through the heart, as if shed a drop from the tip of the pen, was expressed on paper in the form of her poems.
