The training manual examines the pathogenetic mechanisms of atopic dermatitis, including genetic aspects, disorders of the barrier function of the skin, immunological disorders and the role of microbial flora that contribute to the development of the disease. The main clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis are generalized taking into account the severity of the disease, emphasis on its diagnostic criteria is placed.
