This book includes the author’s biographical work, the definition of yoga and the description of Patanjala Yoga are given. All this work was the result of inspiration from the words of Patanjali, whose wisdom passes through eight petals (Ashtanga) of yoga, namely a hole, a little, asan, praiianmu, pratinhara, dharap, dhyan and samadhi. Their synthetic description is designed to light an interest among readers and inspire them to practice yoga.
