The leadership is dedicated to one of the most common types of human pathology - back pain. The main groups of diseases are considered, accompanied by back pain as the main symptom: spondylitis, spondyl arthrosis and other “degenerative” spine diseases, and non -specific pain syndromes associated with them. Modern approaches to differential diagnosis, drug and non -pharmacological therapy, existing clinical recommendations are highlighted. Separate chapters are devoted to specific important problems, such as conducting patients with psoriatic spondylitis, the use of laser therapy for back pain.
