The training manual sets out the basic principles and methods of management. The objective laws of management, their significance and influence on the mechanism of management of the organization are considered; Issues of the influence of the use of tools of the fourth industrial revolution on the quality and effectiveness of the management system. The control mechanism used depends on the type of organization. The management types of organizational structures are briefly set out. The organization management process is considered, including such management tools as the goal, mission and management functions, as well as working time management. The process of development, adoption and implementation of managerial decisions is highlighted. The leadership styles and problems of the relationship between the leader and the team, the socio-psychological features of relations in the team and the effectiveness of managing the organization are investigated.
