Basurman. Lazhechnikov I.I.
XV century. The young doctor Anton Ehrenstein, who studied at the University of Paduan and took the anatomy lessons from Leonardo da Vinci himself, comes to Moscow to become a court doctor with the sovereign Ivan III. Despite the fact that the appointment was facilitated by engineer Aristotle Fjooravanti, who used the location of the sovereign, the new doctor was not a very warm welcome. In addition to the visitor, they are seated in the house to the boyar who feeds a fierce hatred of the Germans, and including Anton, but the situation is even more difficult to get in love with the boyar daughter. The basis of a semi -inventive story, told by Russian novelist Ivan Ivanovich Lazhechnikov, is the real fate of the foreign doctor Anton Erenstein, who came to Moscow in 1485.
