The straightforward, but spiritual tales of V. Stepanov talk about forest animals, who live together and cheerfully live in the forest. And the fairy tale “Assistant” tells about a kind and hardworking squirrel, who weaved a basket from the twigs and did not part with her all summer: either he would find mushrooms, then berries.
