Generalskaya is a high -yielding mid -glue variety of a new generation. Smooth burgundy-red root crops in a cylindrical shape weighing 250–340 g have an excellent taste with any method of culinary processing.
The variety is resistant to steming and is recommended for long -term winter storage and the receipt of early beam products. Heat grows better on rich, fertile soils with a neutral reaction.
