She studies acting in New York, and in the absence of a green card she takes on the only work that she can get-to be a “bait” for incorrect husbands in bars, working for a lawyer who specializes in divorces. But once the rules of the game are changing. The client’s husband becomes a suspect in the brutal murder of his wife, and the police asks Claire to use their acting talents to make a confession from the suspect under the guidance of a sophisticated police psychologist. From the very beginning, Claire doubts the guilt of Patrick Fogler. But is her growing confidence in his innocence with a sign that she got too deep in her role - or maybe the police make a terrible mistake? She understands that she falls in love with her “goal”, and begins to ask the question: who in reality of them two “bait” of them, and who is the victim? Soon Claire realizes that he plays the most deadly role in his life.
