taking into account the growing role of legal regulators in modern society, the proposed publication is based on a certain ethical-oriented solution to the eternal and at the same time very urgent problem of the ratio of morality and law. The authors proceed from the fact that it permeates the applied and professional sections of ethics, as well as any branch of law. The historically and logically justified conclusion about the primaryness of morality directly contributes to the development and improvement of not only law, but also of the whole society, and hence the people themselves in their relationship and interaction. Their protection, preservation of health and life is the most important tasks not only of science, primarily biology and medicine, but also rights, without the participation of which no major issue in society and the state can be resolved.

For this, in turn, deep moral and philosophical searches and solutions are required. Bioemic is positioned as the most significant varieties of the latter, taken in close conjunction with state-legal mechanisms of the corresponding service of each person separately, the population of the country and the world in general. Various ethical ideas and concepts are aimed at aimedly, their features in the aspect of influence on the current state of affairs. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical, methodological, worldview, axiological, ethical and other philosophical grounds of law in its protective aspect.

This work can be used as a textbook (fully complies with new standards of higher education in the direction of "jurisprudence" ) for students of law faculties and universities, and can also be of interest to everyone who is interested in bioetics, ethics and law in general in their relationship, including teachers.
