photographer, illustrator, writer and graphic designer. Born in Latvia, lives in Sweden. Her creative path began in Lofoten, Norway, where she studied the skill of photography for two years. After Ulrika returned to Sweden and studied industrial design at the Campers Ingard school. Ulrika Kester published four children's books. They are translated into 11 languages ​​and are very popular.

Ulrika loves open air and harsh Scandinavian weather. Lofoten Islands will always occupy a special place in her heart and are inspiration for many of her illustrations.
