Bob Svagger, the famous hero of the Vietnamese War and one of the best shooters of America, has long been resigned, has a secluded lifestyle and seems to be satisfied with everything. Once a young journalist comes to him, thinking of writing a book about Bob’s father, a participant in World War II, and later a police officer killed by bandits. The son cannot refuse the journalist to collect materials, because we are talking about his father, and in the course of searches it turns out that the circumstances of the murder of Svagger Sr. are not at all the same as their investigation presented.
