The winter hardiness of this variety is comparable with a well -known Blucop variety, so this variety is suitable for growing in all climatic zones of Russia.

The variety of the river belongs to early ripe varieties, the crop matures 5-7 days earlier than the Duke variety, but the ripe berry is practically not crumbling and can remain on plants for 3-4 weeks. At the same time, the taste of the berries only improve due to the growth of sugar, flavonoids and antioxidants.

Friendly maturation and resistance to shedding allows the manufacturer to increase productivity during manual collection and, accordingly, reduce the cost of products. The same properties, in combination with the erect gabitus of the bush, allow you to effectively use a mechanized collection.

The grade of a medium-sized river, a diameter of 12-14 mm and an average of 1.6 g. The fruits of a saturated blue color, have a moderate blue plaque and dry separation, are characterized by excellent transportability and are perfectly preserved fresh for a rather long time, even in the absence of fast cooling.

The variety is prone to overloading the crop, therefore, in order to avoid the flickering of fruits, almost every year requires increased pruning.
