Brown morning. 2nd edition. Pavloff F.
“Brown Morning” is a short story written by Francom Pavloff in December 1998. The plot, like the very style of the narrative of the “brown morning”, is very simple: two friends, seeing how the state of brown is formed, continue to observe and do not try to do something. Unnoticed by the heroes, as a result of the measures taken and new laws, everything changes color: cats, dogs, newspapers, radio, books. But there is no reason for concern - it is enough to observe new rules. But will the state of brown ones stop at this?..
“brown morning” is a manifesto against political unanimity, the metaphor of “brown shirts” - nicknames given by the Nazi police of the SS. The novels “Brown Morning” by Frank Pavloff are really impressive: a book of 12 pages and worth 1 euros - for more than 20 years in the list of bestseller in France, withstood more than 40 reprints, and the total circulation exceeds 2,000,000 distresses. Now this children's anti -fascist book is being discussed in educational institutions of 25 countries of the world.
The Russian edition has been published with illustrations by Leonid Shmelkov, the artist and director, the owner of numerous awards, including the prize of the Berlin Film Festival (2014).
