Brusnic sauce is ideal for meat, fish, complemented fruit and vegetable salads.
Composition: lingonberry puree, natural wine vinegar, sugar. The mass fraction of acetic acid 1 %. The taste and color of the sauce can differ slightly depending on the variety of lingonberries. It is possible to turn on the solid particles of lingonberries and exfoliation of the liquid phase.
